Swedish Institute offers its students ongoing support for academics, hands-on practice of techniques and professional development.

Academic Support
The faculty and staff of Swedish Institute want to see students succeed. When any difficulties are experienced, students can go to an academic advisor or to the Director of Academic Support Services.

In addition to discussing students' experiences, the Director of Academic Support Services can help students identify their individual learning styles, create strategies for studying, and deal with test anxiety.

Workshops on these topics are held throughout the semester, with times and dates posted on the student bulletin boards.

Peer Tutoring
Tutoring by students who have exhibited proficiency in a subject can be another way to improve learning. Peer tutoring can be arranged through the Director of Academic Support Services.
